Head of School
Welcome Back from Fall Break - Huskies assemble! Many of us at HIS were surprised by the speed at which Fall Break arrived. Now it seems to have ended just as suddenly and brought us all back together. Good thing as there is much learning to be done! The next several weeks have much in store, in addition to learning. First up will be the much anticipated Fall Festival on November 3rd! This is a great time for us to come together as a school and show the Sapporo community what the Huskies are all about!
Car Park Request (Sapporo Campus) - We request that community members please avoid parking in first two parking spaces located next to the sports net in our back lot. These spaces have been blacked out on the pavement to indicate they should be avoided. The spaces must be kept open in order for traffic to safely pass through our well-used car park. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

What: Brief presentation with question & answer session addressing progress made toward our goals for the 2016 -2017 school year
We finished the soccer season in style with a game against the `All Starz` team … highlights galore and many great goals. A credit to the coaching of Mr Sim and support from Mr Boyd was the energy and commitment these boys displayed all season even in some very wet weather conditions !
Basketball season starts the first day back and all intending players should check the schedules posted around the school. We will have MS JV and Varsity teams for boys and girls.
We are pleased to welcome a new coach to our HS program this year, Mr Shadrick Barrow who will coach the JV team. We might see if we can do a better profile in the upcoming weeks.
Go Huskies !
