  Head of School

Taiko Drums @ HIS - Friday afternoon brought Ranbyoshi, the taiko drum performers of whom Ms. Sugino is a member. The very interactive and fun performance was a wonderful cultural highlight for our students, teachers and visiting parents. These are the kind of events that bring Japanese culture into the heart of the learning experience and we would like to thank Ranbyoshi for coming to perform at HIS.

College Week - Last week high school students participated in presentations from various universities. One of the main feature universities was Stony Brook University (NY) a school that has signed a partnership agreement with HIS and one which offers HIS students various opportunities.
